Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Some products, such as opened or used skincare items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility information.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@awesmatic.com or +91 628358 8829 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
  • Include a copy of your original order invoice or packing slip inside the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return
  • If your return is approved, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value, if available.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or if the product received is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
