• Service Area: Same-day delivery is available within Tricity and its immediate surrounding areas. To check if your location is eligible for same-day delivery, please enter your zip code during the checkout process.

Order Requirements:

• Order Placement: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2 PM Shipping policy on regular business days Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
• Product Availability: Same-day delivery is subject to product availability. Some products may not be available for same-day delivery due to stock levels or other factors. You will be notified during the checkout process if your selected products are eligible for same-day delivery.

Delivery Charges:

• Delivery Fee: Free Delivery 
• Minimum Order Amount: To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must meet a minimum purchase requirement of INR 299.

Delivery Timing:

• Delivery Timeframe: Same-day deliveries are typically made between 8 AM to 8 PM on regular business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on traffic conditions and other factors.
• Delivery Confirmation: You will receive notification and tracking information once your order is out for delivery. Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

• Signature Required: For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, please make suitable arrangements with a trusted individual to accept the delivery on your behalf.
• Unavailable Recipients: If the recipient is not available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time, our delivery team will attempt to contact you for further instructions. Additional delivery attempts may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
